the room was clean the bed was comfortable i easily reached the city center using frequent metro connections from the station nearby it is a short walk i enjoyed the excellent breakfast with plenty of food choices
the hotel needs better planning for peak periods the check-in line was long and not all desks were staffed resulting in delays i suggest separating convention attendees from regular guests during check-in

The location was a treasure. It provided easy access to transportation options. The personnel at the front desk demonstrated a pleasant and supportive attitude. They helped me with all my requests.
The design of the bathroom presented issues. The transparent glass created a lack of privacy. I also noticed some difficulties during check-in. The computer system seemed to cause delays.
