easy access necessary amenities hotel facilities taxi drive
The metro station was a short walk. It gave easy access to the city center. The room had all necessary amenities like an iron and ironing board. Modern design lines and integrated lighting existed by the bed.
During check-in, I was not told about any hotel facilities. This includes the spa and rooftop bar.

sky high serenity
comfortable bed excellent breakfast
the room was clean the bed was comfortable i easily reached the city center using frequent metro connections from the station nearby it is a short walk i enjoyed the excellent breakfast with plenty of food choices
the hotel needs better planning for peak periods the check-in line was long and not all desks were staffed resulting in delays i suggest separating convention attendees from regular guests during check-in

the reception staff was very helpful they assisted with directions and provided information about local attractions they were always available and ready to assist guests with a smile.

the hotel benefits from convenient access to the metro station it is a short walk this allows quick transportation to the city center and other attractions the proximity to transportation enhances its appeal.

The breakfast offered a WIDE selection of dishes. The hotel staff were helpful.
The air conditioning did not work. The decor on the floors was unpleasant because yellow lights made the white walls LOOK dirty.

easy access supportive attitude glass privacy system delay
The location was a treasure. It provided easy access to transportation options. The personnel at the front desk demonstrated a pleasant and supportive attitude. They helped me with all my requests.
The design of the bathroom presented issues. The transparent glass created a lack of privacy. I also noticed some difficulties during check-in. The computer system seemed to cause delays.
